Seth's trophy

I got a trophy from rugby on Saturday.  It is a VERY BIG trophy and it is VERY HEAVY too.  I got it because of my tackling from the Southern game and for being the most improved player all season!  I just dropped my mouth when I got it because I was so impressed with myself and my Dad was too.

Tortoise Soup

The gold group read a story called Tortoise Soup and after the reading they retold and summarised the story - first in pictures then by writing. It worked out really well because there were four chapters and four children in the gold group! Happy Reading!

Our Finished Bodies

Room One made bodies because Mrs Lunn decided to make some bodies and dress them in fabric. Mrs Lunn did them as part of our work in Art,Health & Maori.

We made a hurricane out of cardboard sellotape and glue. It was fun making a hurricane with Alexa.

Seth's quartz

I got this quartz from at home in the garden.  I took it to school because I thought it would be interesting.  When I break it, it might have gold in it.  We'd be rich.

School

School is awesome. You can play games like Connect Four and Fish for Ten. At play time I like making castles with the plastic cups. You stack them up in lines but sometimes they fall over so you have to think of another building idea.

 

The Quartz Stones

 

Quartz are a type of crystal. Some are delicate and some aren’t. Harry and I found them when we came up Harry’s Nana’s driveway.
